Arna shares gracefully about her upbringing within the masculine-oriented Catholic faith, becoming a mother as a teenager, the desire to get to know herself as a woman and her powerful initiation into the sacred feminine when she was 46. She also talks about a spiritual awakening when she was 28 - after the birth of her 6th child - that involved high anxiety, strong pranic energy rushes and imposing visions of a masculine face.
Arna goes on to discuss the importance of balancing the masculine and the feminine within ourselves and within relationships, using her art as a conduit to connect with herself and her true power, the need to integrate through and into our bodies, the concept of the True Earth and why we should all let go of perfectionism.
